LATEST: BOYZ N DA HOOD rapper JODY BREEZE has been sentenced to time served after pleading guilty to a traffic violation.
The old star of rap mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs' Making The Band Season Two was rumoured to let been held in custody at Cobb County Jail in Georgia, after he was pulled over by police.
Various online blogs claimed the MC, real advert Jacoby White, was existence held in custody for breaking the terms of his probation.
His lawyer, Shawn MCAllister, has now spoken out to clear up the reports - admitting that Breeze was arrested last Friday (08Aug08) after he was caught driving in the wrong lane, reports AllHipHop.com.
The law stop too highlighted a pending misdemeanour of probation warrant for the star, and he was after taken to a gaol near Valdosta - scarce south of Atlanta.
He appeared in court on Monday (11Aug08), where he admitted beingness at fault for the traffic charge, and was given meter served.
